Group Therapy.

DBT Skills Group

DBT has proven to be effective for individuals with borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, aggression, substance use, self-harm and suicidal behaviours. If you struggle to manage intense emotions, get through distressing situations or maintain stable relationships, then DBT may be suitable for you.                                                                                                     

Each module runs for 5 weeks. Group sessions are 2 hours in length, individual sessions are 50 minutes. We ask that you commit to completing at least one module.  

Modules:

  • Mindfulness

  • Emotion Regulation

  • Distress Tolerance

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness

Investment: 95$ per group session.

Includes:

  • All four DBT group modules, 

  • Four Individual Sessions, and

  • 30 minutes of phone coaching per module.
